Hey guys, happy belated New Years! How incredibly fast did 2013 go?! It was gone in the blink of an eye but I’m so grateful for all the memories it’s provided me with. I’ve done some wonderful things that I can look back on and be proud of in 2013, and have developed so many friendships that I cherish with all my heart. As one year passes and another one starts, I can only hope that this year will be bigger and better than the last!
2014, you have a lot to live up to – and it’s also a daunting year because I’m going to be going over the crazy 21 milestone and hitting 22 in July. Suffice to say I am incredibly scared about this, and about growing up in general. 2014 is also my last year at uni, until I join the workforce and become just another face in the 9-5 sector. You have no idea how frightening that is!
But you know what, I know I can get through this year because I believe in myself and my abilities to succeed. That is the mentality I will adhere to for this year, because fear has no place in my new years resolution. I promise to not be afraid of new changes and to embrace them for the new challenges are are.
HAPPY NEW YEAR booklovers, I know this is belated but I hope everyone is enjoying the first days of a new beginning!
